Terms & Conditions – MaLí Studio
1. Shipping & Delivery
Orders may be collected in person during the following hours:
– Weekdays: 10:00–18:00
– Saturdays: 09:00–17:00
The average order processing time is 1–2 business days.
If delivery to a post office or parcel service is selected, estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on the carrier.
Free delivery is available for orders over 30,000 ISK within Reykjavík.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
In accordance with Act No. 16/2016 on Consumer Contracts, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the consumer receives the product.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify the seller clearly (e.g. by email).
Returned products must be:
– unused
– in their original condition
– in original, unopened packaging where applicable
Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– Custom-made or specially ordered products
– Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g. cosmetics)
– Hair extensions
– Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
4. Returns & Refunds
Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the above conditions are met.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
– Original shipping costs are non-refundable
– Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect
5. Payments & Security
Payments can be made using credit or debit cards.
All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway. MaLí Studio does not store or have access to card details.
Cardholder information is not shared with third parties.
Personal data is not sold or transferred.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
MaLí Studio processes personal data in accordance with GDPR.
Personal data is collected only for the purpose of processing orders, delivering products, and providing customer service.
Customers have the right to:
– access their personal data
– request corrections
– request deletion where applicable

7. Liability & Delivery Conditions
– The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information
– The seller is not responsible for delays caused by carriers
– Returned parcels due to non-collection may incur additional costs
– Delivery follows carrier terms (e.g. Iceland Post, Dropp)
8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Customers should contact MaLí Studio directly first.
Consumers may also contact the Icelandic Consumer Agency for assistance.
9. Legal Information
This agreement is governed by Icelandic law.

10. Additional Terms
– Orders may be canceled due to pricing errors
– Products may be discontinued without notice
– Out-of-stock items can be requested via email or Instagram
